受け取り時の税金について

日本国内での通関時に、輸入税や消費税などが課税されるケースが増えているようです。

もし商品受け取り時に追加料金をお支払いされた場合は、課税内容が確認できるレシートやスクリーンショットなどの証明をご提示ください。確認後、課税された金額を返金いたします。

なお、証明書類がない場合は、返金対応ができませんのでご了承ください。

Regarding Taxes Upon Receipt

It appears that import duties, consumption taxes, and other taxes are increasingly being levied during customs clearance within Japan.

If you were required to pay additional charges upon receipt of your item, please provide proof of the taxed amount, such as a receipt or screenshot. Once confirmed, we will refund the taxed amount.

Please note that we cannot process refunds without proof of documentation.
