受け取り時の税金について

日本国内での通関時に、輸入税や消費税などが課税されるケースが増えているようです。

もし商品受け取り時に追加料金をお支払いされた場合は、課税内容が確認できるレシートやスクリーンショットなどの証明をご提示ください。確認後、課税された金額を返金いたします。

なお、証明書類がない場合は、返金対応ができませんのでご了承ください。

Regarding taxes when receiving the payment

It seems that customs duties and import taxes are being charged more frequently for shipments to Japan recently.

If you were required to pay additional fees upon delivery, please contact us with proof of payment, such as a receipt or screenshot showing the customs charges. Once confirmed, we will reimburse the amount charged.

Please note that we are unable to offer reimbursement without valid proof of payment.
